This is how Adsense calculate your earnings ?
CTR = (Clicks / Impressions) * 100
EPC = Earnings Per Click eCPM = (Earnings / Impressions) * 1000
eCPM = CTR * EPC * 10
Earnings = eCPM * Impressions / 1000
Earnings = CTR * EPC * Impressions / 100
